1. About MealPro & the Company

MealPro ("the Service") is a meal planning, nutrition tracking, grocery management, and recipe platform operated by Inventlix Digital Labs (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The Service is available via our website, web application, iOS app, and Android app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any part of the MealPro service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@mealpro.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use MealPro solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless you hold a valid commercial licence from us. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from MealPro without written permission.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Service or any content without our written consent.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free Plan

MealPro offers a free tier with limited features as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

5.2 Paid Plans (Pro & Premium)

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Prices are listed in USD on the website. Indian users may see pricing in INR.
• All payments are processed by our payment partner (Stripe / Razorpay) and are subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.3 Purchased Content

Individual meal plans and recipes purchased from our store are licensed, not sold. You may use them for personal use only and may not redistribute or resell them.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time Pro or Premium subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase. Individual recipe/meal plan purchases are non-refundable once accessed. To request a refund, email billing@mealpro.app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MealPro — including the app design, code, text, graphics, logos, recipes created by our team, and the MealPro name — is owned by or licenced to Inventlix Digital Labs (OPC) Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create (your custom recipes, meal plans, notes). By uploading content to MealPro, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Health Disclaimer

We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on information provided by MealPro, including AI-powered features.

8. AI Features — Additional Terms

Our upcoming AI-powered calorie tracking features are experimental. By using them, you acknowledge:

• AI calorie and nutritional estimates may not be 100% accurate.
• Photo analysis is processed by automated systems and may contain errors.
• You will not use AI-generated data as a substitute for professional dietary advice.
• Photos you submit for analysis are deleted within 24 hours and are never used for advertising.

9. Third-Party Services

MealPro may integrate with or link to third-party services (App Store, Google Play, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Inventlix Digital Labs (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We encourage you to contact us at legal@mealpro.app to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
